With the publication of these terms and conditions, all previous agreements and arrangements lose their validity.
Scope
The general terms and conditions apply to all current and future transactions with us. Arrangements and agreements outside of these general terms and conditions will require a written confirmation from us. The prices valid at that time are those that will count. Due to the amount of data, errors can occur. We reserve the right to make changes at any time, without prior notice.
Conclusion of the contract.
The order of the products by the customer is binding. The purchase contract is concluded once the order is received by the customer. The prices are expressed in euros, and include taxes, but not shipping costs or other expenses that may exist. We reserve the right to make short-term price changes without prior notice.
Unavailability exception
We reserve the right not to deliver the order in case of unavailability of the merchandise. In this case we will notify the client immediately and the amount paid will be reimbursed.
Delivery terms
Delivery will be made through a delivery specialist commissioned by us. This specialist is responsible for all possible damages during transport in accordance with the German General Conditions of Carriage (ADDp). There is no right to a fixed delivery time.
Complaints
The delivered merchandise must be checked immediately after receipt: its integrity, damage during transport, obvious defects and properties. A letter of complaint does not exempt the customer from full and timely payment. Offers or special sales generally cannot be returned. Goods, which are made to measure, cannot be returned and, therefore, non-acceptance must be charged. Any claim must be made on the same delivery date in writing via email, in addition to which we reserve the right to reject the claim.
Forwarding
We request that we be notified by email, in case the products that have become the subject of a claim have to be returned. The mere return of the products does not give recognition to a credit voucher, even if receipt of the merchandise has been acknowledged.
Security of your account and passwords
You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords associated with any account that you use to access the R / HIP & CO Services. Consequently, you agree to be solely responsible to R / HIP & CO for all activities carried out in connection with your account. If you detect any unauthorized use of your password or your account, you must immediately notify R / HIP & CO through info@rhipandco.com.
Place of execution
The headquarters of Danatura Food GmbH is located in 50858 Cologne. The jurisdiction is Cologne. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Others
If one of the conditions is not correct, this will not affect the validity of the other conditions.
