We carry out a productive activity with responsibility and with a deep respect for nature.
We are located in one of the purest and most unspoilt places on the planet, the bowels of the Argentinian Patagonia, and we want it to continue being that way.
For this reason, all the processes we carry out before our products go on the market (harvesting, drying, production and transport, among others) are conceived with a comprehensively sustainable outlook, generating a positive impact on the environment, always thinking about caring for the future of it.

We generate decent employment, prioritizing the incorporation of vulnerable groups into our staff, in order to contribute to the growth of the local economy, giving the possibility for more people to work and develop in their place, and not to feel the need to migrate in search of more opportunities.
